Top of the morning to you, sweetie. I hope that today is a good one to you. So far just a day here at home. I messed up my schedule and had to redo all the plans for tomorrow and Friday. I guess that is what I get for not double checking the calendar. I have a bad habit of doing that. I think a lot of it from the memory problem which is from the Neurontin for the neuropathy. It has a tendancy to cause memory problems but then you know me. I worry about Alzheimers since it runs in my mom's family. And mom had it too. Why oh why do I always have to borrow trouble?

B: sf maple and brown sugar oatmeal with banana
L: leftovers from lunch yesterday. Grros meat....yummy good stuff!
D: cheeseburger w/o the bun and veggies
S: don't know yet

I am doing pretty good with the food. So that is a good thing. I just want it to continue like that. lol

I better get going.  I keep smelling something that someone is cooking and it smells so good. I don't know what it is but I am a wanting some! So now is the time to get breakfast and I have been up for 2 hours. Morning start early when Bill is on days and that is what is happening here this week.

I am sending you love and hugs dear one. I am keeping the special prayers going up for you and yours. Have a simply wonderful day.

Brenda, you are so precious! Just keep doing what you are doing. The bible interactions keep your mind sharp. It is use it,or lose it as we get older, but we know more and more today, and there are better meds too.
I hope someone gives you a big hug, and I hope Bill and you can mend your fences. You guys seemed so close.Don't for get how the devil comes at you.
Your family, and you especially are in my prayers.
God bless..

Good morning, Linda.

I'm kind of disgusted this morning.  There was some really cruel posting on the lap-band forum last night which shows that even though OH is supposed to be a support site, some people show up with other agendas.  Sad.  Thank goodness OFF is free of that kind of stuff.

B:  1/2 pkg weight control oatmeal w/ skim milk, banana, and apple butter
S:  20 oz iced decaf FF latte w/ SF caramel
L:  4 oz eggplant w/ prosciutto & provolone, 2 oz marinated zucchini
S:  1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ strawberries
D: 2 oz steak w/ 1 tbl chimichurri sauce, 2 oz oven turnip fries
S:  4 oz SF chocolate peanut butter pudding

Good Morning Everyone!
Just came back from my counseling session...we focused on my recent bout of panic attacks. Apparently I've been locking away alot of emotions and feelings cuz they were too painful and now my body is reacting with these little bouts of "out of body" feelings. I'm glad I'm getting alot of these "issues" addressed before surgery. Boy, I'm going to be a totally "new woman" post-op!
B--protein shake
S--protein balls
L--crab salad
D--egg mockmuffin (thanks to Darlene)
S--blueberries

Have a great day Everyone!

Hi Linda,
Sorry I've been absent but I know what you mean about family obligations.  I'm spending my lunch hour picking up a new cane for hubby.  It's either that or prescriptions, the paper, making lunch, etc.  I can't wait until he is getting around better.
There has been no time to go on-line.

B - 1 and 1/2 scrambled eggs.  (I got a "fill" yesterday so I am feeling so full~yay.)
L - Wendy's Chili
S - yogurt and strawberries and blueberries
D - Chicken and veggies.
S - Vanilla Chai

Have a great day!
Bev

Hi Linda S and all.  I'm a Linda S too.  Can't really relate the menu  because haven't had my surgery yet but I do enjoy getting ideas from your menus.  How about Ruby Tuesday?
